ONLINE STORE POLICY
We endeavour to process the order as soon as order is accepted with payments. Orders are subject to availability.
We will send your order and any communications to you at the contact details you provide, and will not be responsible for any error in this information.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer and the funds are not received within 7 days, then the order will be cancelled.
If you are paying by Bank Transfer you must inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org that you have made the payment. Please remember to include the Order Number as a reference with your payment.
You can choose to pick up the order at 22 Cowper St, Parramatta NSW 2150. Pick up is available from Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please wait for the “Ready to Collect” text message from us before heading to this address to pick up your order. We appreciate you contacting us on 02 9893 9390 in advance so we can ensure we have staff on site to service you.
Free local delivery is available for orders over A$65 within Sydney metropolitan area. Any orders under A$65 are sent at standard postage via AUSTRALIA POST with a flat rate delivery fee of A$15.
At the moment we only deliver in Sydney metropolitan area.
NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Australia Post are experiencing delays in their network. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post network.
We will send a text message to the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of order being dispatched.
REFUND OR EXCHANGES
We do not accept refund or exchange for change of mind.
